Rule 10
Time for convening the general meeting
(1) When convening a general meeting of the corporation, a written notice containing details of the place, day, time and functions of the meeting must be given to all shareholders at least 10 days in advance.
(2) Pursuant to sub-rule (1), the action taken in any meeting shall not be invalidated due to accidental omission of the notice of the meeting to any shareholders or failure of any shareholder to receive the notice of the meeting.
